Working principle

In traditional horizontal flow box dryers, the airflow only flows on the surface of the material, which has the disadvantages of low heat transfer coefficient, poor heat utilization rate, long drying time of the material, and cannot fully comply with the "GMP" pharmaceutical production standards due to structural defects. To overcome the above shortcomings. Our factory has designed and developed a flow-through box dryer based on advanced foreign technology. The working principle is shown in the figure:
This machine uses a fan to filter a portion of the fresh air through primary, secondary, and tertiary filters. Reaching a purification level of 100000, the air is heated to a certain temperature through a steam heat exchanger. After purifying the hot air through a filter, it is then divided into each layer by the left side splitter plate, allowing the hot air to evenly pass through each layer of the dried material. After the moist air is drawn out from the inclined air duct under the dryer, a portion of it is discharged outside the oven by a centrifugal fan. The other part of the air continues to circulate and heat up. Achieve the purpose of drying.
